This policy describes how Juliet Lima Solutions LLC (JLS) handles information connected with this website, inquiries, bookings, training, coaching, and professional-development assessments.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, booking details, messages, assessment responses, and information needed to prepare a report. Booking forms may also request an address. Climate assessments request organizational and role-related information rather than an individual report recipient.
Our website uses Wix and related service features. These services may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, cookies, and website interactions. Payment information is processed through the payment services presented at checkout. Do not send payment-card details, medical records, or confidential personnel files through ordinary inquiry forms.
How Information Is Used
We use information to respond to requests, arrange and deliver services, communicate about bookings, process transactions, prepare assessments and reports, support professional development, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website and our services.
Individual Assessment Reports
JLS uses individual responses to prepare and discuss the participant's report. The participant receives the individual report. JLS does not release it to an employer, sponsoring agency, or other outside recipient without the participant's signed release, except where disclosure is legally required. Paying for an assessment does not by itself authorize access to the participant's report.
Authorized JLS personnel and service providers may process information as needed to deliver the service. This is distinct from releasing a report to an employer or other outside recipient.
Climate Assessment Reports
The client organization receives compiled findings, not individual responses or individual participant reports. We avoid reporting small groups or details that could reasonably identify a respondent. Do not identify yourself or another person in any optional written comments if you wish to remain anonymous. Technical website records and combinations of role-related details can limit anonymity; anonymity should not be understood as a guarantee that identification is impossible.
Service Providers And Disclosures
We use service providers for functions such as website hosting, communications, booking, payment processing, storage, and report preparation. Information may be processed by those providers as needed for their work. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. This policy does not authorize the sale of assessment responses or reports or their use for unrelated advertising.
Retention And Deletion
Our retention period for assessment responses and reports is two years after completion of the assessment engagement, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required by law or an applicable preservation obligation. Other transaction and business records are retained for their business and legal purposes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting JLS. We may verify your identity before acting. Deletion is subject to applicable recordkeeping and preservation obligations. We cannot reliably locate an anonymous response that cannot be linked to you, and deletion may not remove findings already incorporated into de-identified compiled reports. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Cookies And Your Choices
Browser settings can limit cookies, although some booking or account features may not work as expected. Where the website provides cookie choices, use those controls to manage optional cookies. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Security And Policy Changes
No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact JLS if you believe your information has been disclosed improperly. We will update this page when our practices change and identify the effective date of the published policy.
